After looking at the two shades(the regular and a lightened that I simulated) of this darkened color, does anyone think that it could be the result of some sort of chemical cleaning resulting in a detail crossover grade with PCGS? Here's the original slab:

ANACS grade seems very low unless there is some net-grading going on. Based on visible detail I was going to guess AU-55.

Mine would be AU53

I was thinking AU55 as well. Who knows those older slabs may have been netted.

Might pick up 5 points on a regrade, but I don't think it's worth the cost.

Here is a PCGS XF 45. Sold by Heritage July 2023 for $384. I am not aware of any premium for this esoteric variety. Good luck if you decide to cross
