Absolutely fantastic example. It seems to be EDS at least.
(Post WW1, the mint used those dies till they were worn down, so this one is a really nice.)
Looking at the obverse, it looks like the clash was slightly rotated also.

The spacing around the dot under the bust doesn't seem to match the spacing on either dot of EPU.
Have you had time to do an overlay?

Thanks all for the great comments! I haven't done an overlay on it, but did look at an overlay and the N and E clash seem to match pretty well with it being PLURIBUS under the bust. There is one clear "dot" in there, which I think should be the upper part of the R in PLURIBUS although could be the B, so eventually need to do the overlay and confirm exactly how the clash is situated.

The tops of the WE T are pretty much fully there. They would be gone if it were a Cud.
