Beautiful error! The coin appears to be in mint state condition. I would send the coin to a TPG to get it confirmed as an error and graded. It would likely add to the value of this as a collectible.

Excellent error coin. Congrats.
I'm wondering if this might be a cracked planchet instead of a lamination. The rim on the rev, from the ragged clip to the N of CENT, looks to have issues (metal missing). This rim issue may continue from the obv.

This rim issue may continue from the obv. I think it is both a ragged fissure and a lam, as both are caused by the same thing, a bad alloy mix. Here is a snippet from the link igwt79 posted.

I've been selling off a lot of this kind of stuff. For simplicity I would call it a ragged clip, although ragged notch is probably more specific. Blowholes would generally have beveled edges and I'm not seeing that here.
