I agree with E&V about the reverse and also think this whole coin is showing signs of
Die Deterioration.
I've been told that after WWI the mint wore those dies out minting coins for commerce. Returning Doughboys and all. It is really evident when looking at 1919 & 1918 cents. There are also some stories about freshly minted BU red coins being distributed by the banks back then that already looked like they were well circulated because of the
Die Deterioration.
And it looks like this is a great example for including 1920 in that analysis.
