That is a very bad experience to go through. I hope this is the last of those episodes. Take care.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It spurred me to look up "POTS" at the Johns Hopkins Medicine website as I was unaware of POTS. Best wishes to you for further healing & recovery.

So very much appreciate my CCF family. I wish I could be here more often like I used to be b/c I do miss all the fun and fellowship here. There just are not enough hours in a day anymore as my online activities have been increasing steadily. I thank everyone of you for all of your kind words. It really means a lot to me. That last sentence is an understatement, but words cannot express what it means to me. Quote: Side note a warning about the picture would have been nice.....
I am very sorry about that..I should have thought ahead...you are right. Truth be told when I saw them in real life and in the picture they just remind me of a bunch of hot peppers though @jbuck...still looking forward to that day!

I'm glad to hear that you came through your recent ordeal in peace. I appreciate what you said and share your outlook on life. You remembered the promises, and they reassured you. Life is lived differently when we know them! I'm not sure about site restrictions but will take a chance to share Earle's reference: 1 Cor 15:55-57.

Thanks again to my CCF family members for the kind words. I am happy to say that, for some reason, I am better now than I have been since diagnosed with POTS in 2008. They say the blood clots could not possibly have been in me that ling and I defer to physician wisdom. With POTS my blood pressure was measured as dropping 30-40 points each time I would stand up from a chair. Thus I had a life o my vision going black and having to stand still holding on to something for close to 20 years now. Doctors said my meds would keep me from passing out all the way and 99% of the time that was true...but what a gross feeling it is to almost pass out! To me it is a miracle that no longer happens! I can actually bend over and pick something up off of the floor, straighten up, and have no problem! It makes me all the more appreciate things we tend to take for granted. Breathing better than I have in a long time and can only describe it as a feeling that would be had by someone who has lived in a high altitude visiting someplace at sea level (if that makes sense to you). And though some of you may cringe at the thought, I have been able to kick coffee out of my life! After every day since 2008 I still still hate the stuff (nicknamed it poison and often said it could be improved by adding mud!). POTS people are told to drink, specifically, coffee caffeine and no other type relieves POTS brain fog by far (believe me I tried!). Chugged it each day to get it over with. Billions of people cannot be wrong so must be something wrong with my taste buds Again thanks for all the kind words

That was an ordeal. Glad you made it through. It wasn't your time. Get some rest. May we all be at peace with it when the time comes for us all.
