Question... Is that 3rd hind leg feature raised, flush, or sunken (incuse)?

That looks like an app screen, not a sales listing.

I agree that it's a surface stain, or possibly some unevenness due to a late die state.

The pic is of my coins that I scanned with a coin app. The feature seems either flat or sunken to me. But its hard to tell

Sometimes a pic at an angle to the surface can help to show if it's a flat stain vs. a feature with depth.

Thanks everyone for thr help. Here is what someone on Reddit said about the coin. Any thoughts on this? "It seem s that you have a die clash and some 'progressive-indirect-design-transfer'. What you are seeing as the extra leg is actually the indians forehead. It looks like when the dies clashed they were slightly misaligned to the east, which is why the forehead line is showing closer to the hind leg than usual."

A die clash strong enough to show up between the rear legs would have almost certainly left strongly visible clash marks in the typical places. The line would also be curved like the Indian's profile, not straight.

First,

Please take photos separately of the obverse and reverse of your coin. Please use your cell phone's camera, rather than an app. We will need much clearer photos to see what is going on with this coin. To do this, set up your phone on a stack of 2-3 books, with the coin on a white surface below the camera. Center the coin in the screen and zoom in until the complete coin fills the screen. Also, is there rotation on your coin, or is it properly aligned?

Thanks!

Here are the pics. Definitely looks more like a stain in these. Let me know what you think. The rotation seems to be right.

Thanks for posting the new photos!

Your coin was struck very shortly after the obverse die was polished. The polishing lines are sharp on your coin. The key to spotting die rotation is the second feather / "U" of UNITED clash. The feather clash is visible on the reverse, between the buffalo's head and the left side of the "U". This is very slightly rotated from perfect alignment, and well within mint tolerances. The right rear hoof / "LI" of LIBERTY clash confirms the alignment. There are two known die pair with the obverse die heavily polished along the left side of the Indian;s neck. Yours is one of those two. Neither pair shows an anomaly next to the buffalo's right rear leg. Together, all of that confirms what you have observed, that this is likely a stain.

Your coin is a conversation piece, though, because is was struck so soon after the obverse die polishing. That tells a key part of the Buffalo nickel story, and is worthy of a 2x2 just to show that off.

Nice coin, an interesting piece to tell the story, and thank you for sharing it with us!
