Thanks for the warm welcome. There was no crack went it was sent FedEx. It happened in transit. I wasn't familiar with coin auction houses, this is the first time I've ever auctioned off anything. I have purchased a few small items from goldin that's why I went with them.

A site that auctions Pokemon cards might not end up to be the best place to sell coins.

This shouldn't be in a goldin auction. Not sure if it would get a cac sticker, but atleast try.

to the CCF This is a spectacular coin that really should be with a major numismatic auction house, not a firm that specializes in other collectables. Yeah I agree now that I've done more research into it that this was the wrong place to sell it but I'm new to selling. Mainly always been a collector and this cost me more than I've ever spent on a coin so I wanted to sell it fairly quickly because I wasn't comfortable being out that much money. I thought about CAC but I wasn't sure they would agree with the grade and they take a long time to get back to you with the coin.

Was checking on the auction every now and then. it's up to $8500 but with their 22% Buyers Premium it's at $10,370. 2 days to go.

FYI, ebay bought Goldin Auctions in 2024. Bids up to $13k. So making a little progress. |
