Now is a good time, during intermission to sooth that parched, dry portion of the back of your throat, with a cool, refreshing, soft drink, like many other things you will find at the snack bar!Anyone remember where that saying "was" from?

If memory serves me, I remember from the movie theatre and the drive-ins.

He posted this in another forum or thread and did post pictures of the coin that time. It appeared to me to be a 1945-P with only part of the "stem" of the P showing clearly and looking like a stretched distorted S. (I could see the entire P in the photo even if he could not see it in hand.) I was not the only responder who saw it as a defective "P".

I, for one, would REALLY like to see a picture of this small mint marked War Nickel. (Here's 3 quick popcorns!) Can I see it? Please? Pretty please? Never mind. I saw the other post. Disregard all above discourse. Edited by Moe145

Thanks jbuck for posting the 'answer' link ....... I arrived home today from a 5 day trip and am sorry to have kept everyone waiting on the courtesy of a reply.
Alas ..... my 'special' nickel turned out to be a bit of a bust .... oh well.
