Boy am I glad to hear our Kyra is home and doing well. Dude says that if Kyra ever makes it to Las Vegas he will personally throw her a Tuna Party for the whole block with her as the guest of honor.

Well, Kyra was eating on her own, but she seems to have stopped again. If she doesn't snap out of it she'll have to go back to the doctor Monday. I'm gonna try Catman's suggestion of some tuna on her when she wakes up. If my hair wasn't going gray before all this, it certainly is now....

I had to take Kyra back to the doctor today, but that seems like it gave her the nudge she needed. She's back home, and she's spent the afternoon watching birds. I can think of worse ways to spend the day... Anyways, let's hope that this will do it and she'll be OK from here on out. Thanks again for all your good thoughts!

Rachel,

Everyone at catman's house is pleased. Hank has her eye on my cursor as I'm typing this and she is now purring..

Kyra can sit in my bathroom window if she likes. Maybe she can scare away the psyco-bird that's been flying into it everyday for the last month. It started out on the bedroom window so I cut the bush down that it was using and then it came back. It flys into the bathroom window now and pecks it with it's beak. The other day it was 25 pecks rest, 22 pecks, rest, 16 pecks rest, 3 pecks rests, 19 pecks--(rallying) 1 peck rest. I tried playing that in the lotto but got skunked on it. This bird is getting to be a real pain. But it's nice to see that the Catman is back and that Kyra is doing okay now.

Now let's clarify what we are talking about
A bird is old Auatralian slang for a female
as in Let's go to the beach ad gawk at the birds
Is she watching the feathered birds or episodes of Baywatch reruns.

Now we know what kind of bird it is! It's got to be an OWL and it has been hired by management to keep Bill awake while on security duty. Now you got to commend them for being imaginative. Besides if there were any trees left standing after the big winds, it wouldn't have to sit on the window sill.

'Fraid I can't help ya there, Longnine. Kyra would just be afraid of the bird. She's the mighty hunter until they get too close to the window, then she freaks and runs off! Little chicken....

Rachel,

I didn't know that Kyra was such an unusal breed. A cat that's part chicken . That's OK we love her anyway...
