Just a few Zincoln BU's but I didn't save them. I might try using a Coinstar for the first time. I figure by the time I get some wrappers and the time it takes to roll them it might actually be worth using this time. Though I wouldn't use one for any other denomination. It was amazing how dirty my hands got going through the box!

Had a roll the other day that was obviously customer rolled.Coins were stuck together with some kinda goo and covered with cat hairs.Talk about dirty. Yuck.I'm with you on the Coinstar. I would never use it for anything but pennies. It is a "for profit machine" and what would be a better way for profit than miscounting a few coins per hundred or so.

is there a website or does someone have a list of all the DDO's and cent errors?

Even being in Michigan, your finding only 6 S mint cents is pretty low. I guess in California they feel the same way about Philly cents.

Another thought. You can ask on CCF if anyone from CA wants to swap cent boxes with you. 2 boxes will fit in a flat rate P.O. box for about $11.

I just used a Coinstar for the first time and dumped my 2433 pennies in there from my roll search. Just got my federal tax check today so possibly tomorrow I will pick up another box or two of cents.

My thoughts:
I found it interesting that there were less Canadians this time around while there were more wheat cents in this box than the last one I searched. Also very few S mint cents at 3 total.

Yep, not bad. I'm in south Florida and you never know what you will find. Your searches have been pretty good.

My thoughts:
I am astonished that there were so many wheats in this batch. Ten more than the previous box! Also a full roll of Canadians isn't bad! Had a little better luck with the S mint cents this go around!
