I have that feeling since the beginning. I had same experience before. See previous post above. This is her first experience selling at ebay. The number (1) indicate it and she is not selling anything else. |

I open a case to ebay last night. I have to let her respond in 7 days. I am not after the money, I insisted the merchandise! Will see what happen. |

Bummer,I bought a couple uncirculated franklins once for under 7 bucks each and it took 3 weeks
to get them, thought for sure he got cold feet. Also I got a pair of proofs, advertised as unopened,
for really cheap,and the cases arrived tattered ,the guy was probably hoping I'd return them.

Yes, my last email to her yesterday: What is going on? You collects my money but never send me the coins! I demand an answer.

Sam, you need to file a dispute with Paypal for unreceived merchandise. It's been three weeks. And yes, file a complaint with ebay. Paypal will get you your money back and ebay will downgrade the sellers' account or suspend it entirely. ebay is ALL about the buyers now, you have the power. Use it, and get this loser booted. |

I escalate the claim on ebay, they just make a easy move. Returned my money, when I complained again, they told me that the case closed after they decided to pay back my money. Bummer! I am not after the money back, I want that coins sets. |

You guys know that they wouldn't let us back off the deal once we placed the bid, but buyer can. And ebay just take an easy way, return the money, case closed. |

Now that is over, 1996 United States Mint Proof Coin Set ( 130390800358). She advertised as Mint Proof not mentioned Silver on the heading. That was her mistake. |

Believe it or not, she wrote me an email, apologizing, etc, etc...
She promised to send the coin set this afternoon. I believe her if I have it in my hand.
So, wait and see. I will keep you posted.
