NNC is usually sold by one ebay seller by the name of centles or something like that. It is just a basement slabber that in many cases puts coins in their slabs that have rim problems that can not be seen until the coin is cracked out of the slab because the foam that the coin fits in hides the problems. I don't know about the coin but I think its just the lighting that makes the one side look a different color than the other
