I wonder how many collectors are holding off on buying the '11-W uncirculated that was released today, and waiting for the release of the anniversary set?

Except to send the Set in for grading....... I don't think ANYBODY would break up this Set ! .....
If you collect the Uncirc-Burnished or the Bullion or the Proofs or whatever, you wouldn't "hold off on ordering an Uncirc." because you'll have one in this Set !

So, you need the Uncirc-Burnished NOW...... AND the one in the Set right ? ....

I'm not sure "need" is the right word here.

But yes. :)

The Mint is repricing all the existing silver now. I tried to cancel my order for UNC ASEs but they were already pulled for shipping so they wouldn't let me. They are repricing the 5oz ATBs and the ASE UNC and proof.

Cool ! ......

I still haven't ordered my yearly order of two Proof ASE's yet !

And I hope that Set will be the cheapest it will ever be worth at the time of "me" buying it (or them if I get two) !....

Nothing more depressing than seeing "issue prices" and "todays prices" at the WRONG directions from each other, years from now ! ....

Agreed! Or less! This past year has been a money drain by overpriced silver products!

This is the first I have heard of this set. Very interesting. I didn't see anything about it on the Mints website. What is the release date? Does anyone have a link or anything?

It's now on the schedule for 10/27. Not sure what the price will be.

My guess.....269.95...just seems to follow their pricing logic assuming spot doesn't change much

I think they should have left the bullion version out and released this as a four-coin set, but they didn't ask me.

But I must admit the inclusion of the bullion ASE makes this set truly complete in that all year-2011 ASE varieties are included (with two of them exclusive to this set). And now we get to pay the Mint a big premium for a bullion coin...

I was glad I got mine at $59.95 when they jumped up to $68.45.
Now that they're down to $58.95, I'm "out" a few bucks.
Oh, well, at least I got the Uncirc.'s at the new lower price.
