Doesn't look cleaned to me. Hammer strike on this beauty.

Always hard to tell from a photo from a single angle, but nothing obviously says "cleaned" to me, either.
I would take a closer look at her cheek and just below the eye to make sure there is no broken luster there . . .

A really nice example. The reverse looks MS, but the obverse looks like it could have circulation rub on the check and neck, and it has a couple of rim dings. Based on these photos I am at a high end AU58.
