I think having 5 identical numbers in a row is one of those quirky things that is interesting...and if I found it I would probably keep it -- until I met somebody who wanted it more than I did. If you belong to a club or go to shows you might meet someone who would pay a tiny bit over face value for it. I don't think you could get much, but then if you know somebody who collects bills maybe you could just sell it for face value and make them happy. However=> "yes" 5 of a kind is definitely worth more than an "average" bill for the exact reason that biggfredd mentioned => chances are fair that you can still con a fool into pulling out his wallet and losing to your 5 of a kind!
