Sorry if I'm dense. What are all the "CAN"s? Canadian?

I've always been concerned by the curious caravan of Canadian and Caribbean currency currently circulates. Hehe not that a Canadian penny is actually worth much different than a US penny these days... In fact they're pretty much on par.
