The other two coins I posted are coins I purchased, and this is one I am interested in.

I don't like posting links directly to ebay.

It's definitely better than EF and AU55 would make sense. What I can't see is the luster, the picture is so flat in color. It may have been cleaned at some point in the past, meaning a MS64 coin should not have been cleaned. Yet, a purchase price of less than $150 would be very desireable for this coin.
