I believe this die marriage is O-108.
Why not O-108a? The 3 on the date was worked on between 108 and 108a and the 3 for O-108a is decribed in Don Parsley's Book United States Early Half Dollar Die Varieties 1794-1836 (4th Edition) as "strengthened at the back and the entire figure is now rough and irregular". I don't see that in your pictures, though those characteristics could be there, since your pictures are a bit smallish.
Also O-108a has numerous obverse die cracks (#1: edge to star 5 through 6, 7, and cap to above 8, #2: from top of the 1 in the date above date to star 8, and #3: end of the bust to join stars 1-4.) I don't see these die cracks in your pictures, though, again, your pictures are a little small and I may not be able to see them.
Please check the 3 and the die cracks to determine for yourself if this is O-108 or 108a.
