1985 Bermuda Five Cent Piece

Here is a coin I forgot I had, and don't know to much about it. All I can find out about foreign coins is mistakes are commonly found on them.

Here we have a coin that shows what I think is considered doubling.

Obverse: seen along the edge below the bust, back of neck, below chin, and I would think above the head unless it's part of the design.

Reverse: seen around the edge design of the head of the angel fish, and at the gill, and below the bottom fin.

Any ideas as to what I may have here?
