There a couple of minor nicks in front of Liberty's nose, scuff in front of Liberty's chin (obv.). Small nicks above 'In God We Trust', seems to be a small scratch below the eagle's right wing (rev.).
Good detail, sharply struck. Metal flow lines add to the cartwheel lustre.
Can't see the edge milling, but the rims are perfect.

Excellent pictures allow these very minor blemishes to be found.

MS64.

I'll go with ms65. There's a clean cheek but a few large hits on the reverse.

I'm inclined to agree. This is one of those extremely rare Morgans which is reverse-limited rather than obverse-limited; it'd be a perfect candidate for an album coin. In my opinion, the reverse limits it to a technical 65 but I suspect NGC called it 66 anyways.
