The '83 has gas bubbles, the '80 not sure perhaps die chip.

Agree on both counts. Spend the 83 before it dissolves completely. The die chip on the 1980 also adds no extra value - that's a common spot for chips.

That's not a die chip on the 1980D. It would be the result of a worn or broken mintmark punch. The center of the small-D for that era (all D mint cents used the small-D punch in those years) broke frequently leaving the mintmark a "blob". They have no premium value.
