Shown is the reverse of a 1972 I'm thinking of cherrypicking, if I can convince myself it's a Type 2. This is the best image the seller has. Thoughts?

Understanding that the photo is not ideal, it does not appear to not be a Variety 2.

I shall wait with you for other opinions.

Looks like a type 1 to me. Type 2 has incuse islands. you can't miss it.
