1960 Large Date Over Small Date Ebay...not Legit?

Huh, the date looks like an SD/LD DDO, but it doesn't look quite the same as the one in Cherrypicker's. It has the same (or similar looking) RPM though.

It just a normal small date D cent. The devices look a lot different on the large over small dates.
1960-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date-Ebay...not-Legit?
Note the zero in the date.

There are philly examples, but the zero in the date should still look like the example above.
