Very attractive dime and a no-question full-band coin. The 1929 dime in your other post probably wouldn't make FB since it looked like there was a connecting bridge right in the center. Southern Yankee pointed out the line on the neck. If this is a scratch, the coin might be downgraded to a 61 or 62. If it's just on the holder, the grade should make MS63FB. Your coin appears to have a fully-struck 0 in the date, which isn't so common on 1920 Mercs. Very cool!
The picture appears over processed ,, The coin in my opinion has MS-64 details but the major scratch on the neck and the hit on the cheek will down grade it at least 2 points and maybe 3 with all of the small ones on the reverse.
Its hard to tell from the pic if the lower band is flatter than the upper band but it appears to be FSB in the picture .
I have these at NGC being graded right now. I'll let everyone know how they came out. I believe that most of what looks like scratches are flow lines from worn dies with the exception of the scratch on the neck.
