mds308 Pillar of the Community United States 1721 Posts	Posted 07/27/2012 4:02 pm Fresh from a purchase. The good news is I paid a whopping sum of 14 dollars. The bad news is I believe the coin was polished. It looks like it was rubbed while carried in a pocket. The guy I bought the Morgan from claims he never polished it but the high relief portions have more shine than I think they should. This may have occurred from him carrying the coin around in his pocket for good luck. It was very hard to capture the coins shine but it retains great detail. Any help would be appreciated.
