Not sure if this one would make RB. The reverse might but I think the obverse would hold it back from an overall RB designation.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks AU/Borderline UNC - there appears to be some friction on the portrait. The reverse appears UNC. It might get the trace red designation by ICCS. I don't think it's worth sending it in though.
