There have been more in lower grades sold in the last 10 years than in mint state. Those in mint state are as far as I know in long term collections in Canada. I know that the PCGS MS-67 is in Alberta, the PCGS MS-64 is a doctor's collection in the west of Canada and the ICCS MS-65 is in the province of Quebec. As far as the U.S goes I do not know. Oh yes and the one sold in January of 2010 at Heritage auctions in the Canadiana collection is located in British Columbia in Canada:
PCGS MS-66. I know that one is for sale the asking price is 350k to 400k.
