while making a deposit at my bank today the good friend miss teller person ask me if I would like some older bill (as she knew I collected older coinage) so I replied yes and she brought out what you see below

It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
I got 23 dollar bills all of the 1986
It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
2 5 dollar bills both 1986
It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
20 20 dollar bills all 1991
It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
2 1967 1 dollar bills
It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
4 1954 dollar bills
It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
and these two 1973 1 dollar bill and 1979 20 dollar bill
It's-Good-To-Have-Friends
and the reverse of the same bills above
will post my find later

Are any of those 1954 $1 bills of the Devil's Face variety? Nice score! I wouldn't hesitate to create new collectors by spending them at various places.

other then the two consecutive 1967 bill the only other interesting serial I found was this one on a 5 dollar bill.

any one have any ideas on how much this bill collection is worth?

also what would the devil variety look like?

i got 2 more 20's and 4 more 5's today from the same bank wonder if ill get better results tomorow

The original 1954 series had the shading in the Queen's hair such that it looked like the "devil's face' poking out of the the right side (from our perspective) of her hair. It was soon fixed, making the "devil's face" variety much scarcer.
