I recently bought the complete 86-2012 ASE Set for just under $38 a piece including the 96. A total of $1025. Did I make a good deal?

$38 a piece is about standard right now. Depending on if you had to pay shipping.

The price is right for today and the average buy back is around $35.78 for today so you need the silver to go up $2.22 to break even.

I would say that 2.22 each was a fair deal to have a complete set in your posession.
