Would someone please tell my what "bugs bunny teeth" means on a Franklen Half. Is it rare? a good find? any info would be great.

it is a great find it is a broken die that make the teeth of Bennie look like he has Bug's Bunny teeth

Yeah..die clash marks. What you are seeing are the feathers of the eagle on the other side showing because the dies came together with no planchet. The design transferred from the reverse to the obverse. As far as I am concerned, these are somewhat common and shouldn't be bringing the attention they do. They do exist on other dates to some degree, but the strongest and most obvious ones are on 1955 coins.

Thanks everyone, I just bought a certified "choice BU bunny teeth" on Yahoo last night. I had to just go for it last night and take my chances, buy the price was right even for a BU 1955 Franklin, so the bunny teeth is just a plus I guess.
