NOTE => you guys may already recognize this coin from the "Simpulum" SMACKDOWN? ... due to my prison-stint, I was unable to post this coin properly, so I am posting it now that I'm a free man ...

Background Info:
The quadrans (literally meaning "a quarter") was a low-value Roman bronze coin worth one quarter of an as.

Unlike other coins during the Roman Empire, the quadrans rarely bore the image of the emperor.

Jerry this coin is not up to your normal standard and besides it isn't silver. I really think you should send it to me. Kidding aside, very nice scarce coin.

wow, you guys are brutal ...

I really like this poor misunderstood coin ... but I guess compared to a few of those earlier coins, it's kinda like my Charlie Brown Christmas tree ...

No comment like that from me. I'll bet there is no comparison in price either. These little Quadrans are beautiful for what they are.

Ummm, that lil' quadrans was no freebie ... I bought it from "Lucernae", which I highly recommend to y'all!! (but due to its apparent scarceness, it was no steal!!)

... go figure, eh? (Pay top-dollar, to make you holla!!)

=> but yes Bing, it was certainly less than half the cost when compared against the cost of most of the other Prison-coins!!

Hmmmm? ... I only have "3" more prison coins to show-off (I am torn whether I should just keep tossin' them out tonight, or whether I should wait until tomorrow?)

... I think I'll give it a sec ...
