Ok, so the ATM spat these out at me yesterday, in order

New-Notes....-From-2008

My question is why someone obviously went to the trouble to remove serials 240799 and 240813?

Am I missing something or is this just random?

went back to the same ATM the day after...

more "missing" but also very interesting that the prefix changes yet the first three numbers are 240...
