I was wondering the grade and value. Also, it appears to be cleaned, would that affect the value?

I am having trouble determining the amount of wear because the pics are blurry. Can you get clearer shots?

I would like to see how much detail there is in he hair (brow area and above he ear) and how much derail there is in the eagle's feathers (high back, leg area and kneck-face area).
