If you're looking for a grade about all I could say is it appears to be mint state. Strike however looks pretty weak, with the vertical lines in the torch very soft. The dark spots on the obverse would probably keep the grade down as well.
Roosevelt silver dimes are worth little more than melt unless they are pretty high grade, like MS-65 and up. This one is basically a bullion coin, worth $2.50 or so IMO.
