The language is Arabic. I can just make out enough detail to ID the coin as being from Ottoman Egypt, late 1800s-early 1900s.

We'd need a clearer pic and an indication of size to ID it further.

It looks like an Egyptian coin from the end of the 19th century. Possibly something called a Quirsh which was the lightest of four coins sharing that design.
