This one is hard to grade, by the photo. The coin appears to be cleaned
And grades About a Fine maybe a touch higher

I see this one as having EF details but definitely appears to have been cleaned in the past. The darker areas around the lettering, rim, date, and other devices is what makes it look cleaned to me.

The only real wear that I can see on the obverse is the area above the ear, but we have to keep in mind that New Orleans coins have a tendency to have striking issues in this area and on the eagle's breast (which also shows wear on your coin). There is still some detail in the leg feathers, however.

If the coin hadn't been cleaned, I might go as high as AU details, but I don't feel comfortable doing that without the coin in-hand.

The coin grades EF45 and has been cleaned with "gook" surrounding the devices.
