I believe #2 is RIC III Sirmium 34. DN CONSTANTIVS IVN NOB C/CONCORDIA MILITVM/ BSIRM.

The first one I think is.

Constantius Gallus RIC VIII Heraclea 89. It's difficult to tell which variety for this attribution because the mintmark is off of the flan along with some other details.

Yes.Unfortunately the mintmark is off.Whether Heraclea have mark S on the reverse..i searched but without success.

It is RIC VIII Heraclea 89 though. There are a few coins for that attribution.

XXIX if you visit http://www.romancoin.info and click on No 18 you can filter the results to show a number of Heraclea 89 with S on the reverse.
