Does the 6 at the end of 1866 in this listing look normal?

I like the coin but I don't want to accidentally buy a counterfeit.

Your help is appreciated.

It does look weird, but after googling images of other 1866 Shield nickels, it seems to be normal

This one sold on heritage I believe and it has the same looking date; the 6 is larger, higher up, and tilted oddly.

Also, the seller seems to be an expert coin seller with 20,000 sales and 100% feedback

I say its fine, and if you like the price then go for it

EDIT: I wasn't able to just get the picture in the reply

That is the way most of them look. If you are comfortable with price go get it.

I believe you can find this coin at a better price. I purchased an 1866 Shield nickel yesterday at a local coin show (about the same condition as the one shown on e-bay) for $60.00. Please pardon the bad pics - taken with a phone.
