I have found a website which has a lot of helpful answers, but I still need guidance (with apologies for so many questions!). The website is: http://error-ref.com/index-of-entries.html
I am wondering if this is a flowline coming off the star beneath the C? Also is this too tiny to care about - am I better off spending this instead of collecting it?

Looks like a scratch or die gouge to me. I would not keep it either way,too minor.
