I'm not a large cent guy but it looks good for VF30 from here. I agree the seller's XF claim seems a bit optimistic.

Looks like good color and free of damage so the price was very fair.

I would grade this coin at EF40,the reverse looks closer to VF35, however, most of this could be attributed to a weak strike
