Jayman931 Pillar of the Community United States 2651 Posts	Posted 05/17/2013 11:16 pm I believe what you have is a "struck through die cap"....think it happens when a coin gets stuck to the die and gets punched again with another planchet in the system. I'm sure someone else will comment and clarify things more. I have yet to find one. Congrats Report this Post to the Staff
