My 1st post, just wanted to thank all for the great information. Loved the 1 oz copper maple leaf and had to order from CA. My 1st order from them. Shipping a bit expensive to US-$12.00 for a $100+ order. Now if I could only find a 1 oz copper with Canada one cent design.

One exists Coinhooked, and I have it. I mean "one exists" literally, as in, there exists one. I have been unable to find others. It is dated 2009.

Very nice Anjohl, yes, this is where I saw yours. I was trying to research on web & ran into one person saying there is a copywrite on the one cent maple leaf design. Does anyone know if this is true? Maybe this is why they are so hard to locate?

This is a beautiful bronze medallion, that comes with this set. A bit smaller than a copper round, so to speak, but a brilliant specimen strike of George VI on the obverse.

Of course, available for a fraction of the price, with the silver 5-cent, here:

I have that bronze coin out of the 2005 set, and that specimen finish with that colour on that size of a coin is AMAZING!

I don't get why Edward was the only monarch in the series to get a medal instead of a coin, and is in bronze, not silver.

I don't know if this one is a Royal Canadian Mint product... anyone who has bought one, should be able to tell us.
