Besides the one with the hole, I think these Carson City dollars are quite nice. They where going to give them to me as a present for graduating high school. I also inherited some Carson City Morgan's from my Mother (happily she hasn't died she just gave them to me). Seven of them were in GSA holders. I had to wait until age 57, so don't give up. You'll know you have one, if you have one. There's no mistaking it. It's not known if the gouge was catastrophic or gradual, so I guess EDS versions might be out there. I've never heard of one.
