Hey all, have attempted to post some pics of cent-in-question as requested...apparently the image optimizer tool doesn't work with Chrome, still trying I have no problem using it with Chrome. Microsoft Edge is the only browser that fails it. Can you tell us what sort of error you are getting or at what point it is failing? |

Just says "loading" forever, in the green box above the sample picture...

tried on a Vista OS, as well as a Windows 8.1 with the same results, drag and drop jpeg image, just says "Loading" indefinitely...  |

The Vista OS shows you using Chrome 49. That version is not supported by the optimizer. I think the minimum version is 58. Current version is 63.
What version of Chrome do you have on the 8.1 machine?

Very good.
You may also want to clear your cache. A particular web portal I use for work has problems every couple of months and I have to clear my cache to fix it.

definitely on Version 63 now, no change, will clear cache and try as well, although that was just done last week. I can "play" with the sample image all I want, just shows "loading" for my jpg. Fingers crossed!
