If you go by some of the characteristics of " Machine Doubling" v/s "die doubling" that are explained in detail at many of the US sites on die doubling then:

The letters seem to be genuine die doubling and the numbers seem to be Machine Doubling.

Are these from the same coin?

i went to coin dealer he said no, it is worthless just a dollar but since it was a classic example of Machine Doubling he offer me $30 dollars to keep the coin for future studies exactly his words,,

i been looking the more I see it the more I believe it is some sort of dd it looks too good to be doubling,,,
