I bought these back in 2014 when they came out just so I could hold them and see how the curve compared between the dollar and half dollar curved Baseball Hall of Fame coins. After holding each one for a few minute I put them on a shelf out of the sun and left them there. Today, I was surprised how ugly the silver coin became (I guess from tarnishing?) and how clean the clad coin remained. The silver coin remained fairly nice on the inside which was face down.
