Dave Noble from WINS is the admin there and Rick Snow is actively posting. Being new to the intricacies of these series, I have joined the forum and will be sending in my application for Club membership shortly. There are two sections of the forum that require club membership to participate and one that allows discussion among club non-members (though registration is required). I get the supplement with " Coin World" weekly and this one is dated as a supplement to the July 4th issue of " Coin World". I'm fairly sure the same info is in the newstand edition.
