Found this today seems to me a that it is 20% off struck. I was wondering if it is rare at all, and if there is any value to this considering there is a hole in it lol.

Im sure it has value. Who knows what though. Maybe someone put a hole in it so they could tie a string to and put it in some kind of coin machine and then pull it back out. That's too bad about the hole...but I like it. Very cool coin.

You could buy a soda for 10 cents back in the 60's. Probably a lot less back when that thing was circulated. I imagine it was someone's necklace..

I feel the same way I haven't seen any early off stuck stuff when I seen this I was disappointed.

Still worth $100 to $200 imo. It's not uncommon to see off centers from this era with holes, usually used for jewelery.
