Hi guys,

After some months I decided to buy an special album with coin capsules to stash my coins.
I am curious how you save your coins!

I use the system of Leuchtturm -Quadrum capsules in an album, here are 2 photos of it. Quite happy with the result! - Seize is A4

Very neat. I use double flips and put the flips in a sleeve of pockets designed for trading cards. View coin from one side, turn over for description. In a ring binder. The only trouble is, because there is no slip case, the coins can fall out from the pockets if you are not careful.

I've been debating how best to store mine. Right now they are all in flips, sitting in a container. I'd like to make some type of album, am looking into the possibility of making one.

I'd like it to be a ring binder, one with clear pocket sheets but not divided into a full page meant for 2x2 flips. It would be ideal to have such a sheet with three slots for 2x2s along the left side of the page and a slot big enough for an index card to the right of each of those. I would not have an insert in the flip-- that way there would be no need to remove the flip from the binder to view both sides of the coin.

I tried making such a thing using a regular page protector and a food sealer thingy. Meh, didn't turn out that well but maybe I can play with it some.

The advantage of my album is that the page where I put my capsules I'm is transparant so seeing both sides is no problem, I can keep them in the page
Rest in Peace

Even with big albums, I have Dansco. I still put them in a 2 gallon Zip lock bag in my safe. This is a great way to keep moisture out.

Mine are in 2x2's and placed in an albums. I like what you are using but I think it would be to expensive to store lots of coins.

all mine are in 2x2 pvc free flips, I'm still experimenting with what I keep my flips in. I have some in an album, by I'm not sure I like it. the glare from the lights sometimes makes it kind of hard to see some of the coins...but it's nice to survey 20 coins at a time in a sheet. the rest are just in cardboard storage boxes for 2x2 flips, I kind of like that I can just pull them out quickly and hold them at the right level/angle for my aging eyes to view them also.
