Are you deliberately blurring the pictures?

Why not post the whole coin? There are several things going on in the obverse on a DDO #4. From what you have posted, that does not look like it. "WE" in DDO #4

Doesn't look like O04, However more pictures would confirm or refute whether it is a DDO.

xxxxxx: A little advise: a full obverse and full reverse photo helps in many cases. As for this coin, you went to coppercoins.com and should have noticed that this doubled die is noticeable on most of the motto. It is equally strong on "GOD" as on "WE". You should have posted a photo of this also. What you might not have known that the 007 is similar to the 004 and the key difference is the marker on the reverse: Quote: Strong SW die scratches from the N of UNITED (from coppercoins.com) . A photo of this would also be helpful.

heres a little history lesson on the DDO #4, in the 70s & 80s this DDO was disregarded as Machine Doubling, and is the highest of the DDOs for 1972

Comparing your picture to the 004 shows that they are completely different. The doubling has to match exactly to be considered an example of a doubled die. Your picture is way to grainy and pixellated to tell what is going on (MD, master hub doubling, etc) but it is clear enough to see that it is most definitely not a 004.
